Andrew Docking, most famous for his work on 4D's racing game Drifter is now working for a company called Full-Fat Productions who are looking for programmers to work on the ARM-based Gameboy Advance platform. Here are some details:

Full-Fat Productions Ltd is a game development company working on a number of high-profile titles for next-generation platforms. The company is working on several titles for the Gameboy Advance platform, and is looking to recruit programmers with a talent for Gameboy Advance development.

The candidates would have a significant role in the development of the title; from concept to completion. Candidates also have the opportunity to contribute in pushing the boundaries of the Advance hardware, in research and development of new rendering and aural technology.

As the Gameboy Advance platform is based on an ARM processor, ARM assembler experience is a distinct advantage. An excellent knowledge of C, and OO methodologies is required, as is an enthusiasm for games, and a demonstrable knowledge of game-programming concepts and techniques.

The role is in-house, and salary is commensurate with age and experience.
