One Line Tetris

Rheolism SmallTetris. In one line. Of BBC BASIC. Here.

Well, I thought it was cool. It's not often you see RISC OS mentioned in an O'Reilly publication.

Very impressive. m=9-INKEY(INKEYTRUEOR6)MOD3 is quite inspired.

REPEAT..IF..UNTIL..ELSE..UNTIL isn't something I would've thought worked.

&C2590EC I think is the pattern for the shapes - not sure.

Olly is my hero. Especially his knees. I'm not sure if it helps that he resembles Piers. Anyway, Olly once told me that they started outlawing some BBC BASIC constructs because it was considered cheating, although I don't recall any specifics.

I like the way it uses the "Mistake" error message when you lose :)

Although I couldn't save it as a BASIC file as StrongED says "Line 0 too long to tokenise" :)

Yeah, on the website they have a command file that types in the program as multiple lines then edits BASIC's memory to merge them into one.

I'd be happy with two or three lines if it would work!
