Just got a message from Gürkan Sengün who has set up
a page to map computer users around the world! After adding a few details such as location (obviously), nick, favourite OS and so on, you get added to the world map - and also help boost RISC OS's standing in the ratings :)
There's already a RISC OS section (with a paltry two users - we can improve that!), and if you don't know where your home is in lngitude and latitude there are links to sites that will work it out for you - or use www.streetmap.co.uk which can convert postcodes into various different formats.
Geocaching and other location-based stuff is the latest in thing with the geek crowd, so here's your chance to put RISC OS on the map (wah, wah, wah, waaaaah).

sorry that i got RiscOS wrong, i've changed it to RISCOS now, no there can't be a space, but at the bottom of the worldmap there's links to the respective os's, it's right there. |

No it's not a trick, just wait until i update the data/input, it is still manual and therefore a pain to correct wrong entries about 1-5% and reject entries which can't be corrected. feel free to help on irc.debian.org #debian-worldmap |
