New RaspberryPi for Pi Day announced on RasbpberryPi blog.

RISC OS Blog has a great article on Running a web server with WebJames

RISCOSitory opened the voting for 2017 RISC OS awards.

Some things we noticed in the RISC OS world this month. What did you see?

Sprow gives us a new version of Manic Miner for modern RISC OS machines.

AMCS update available

R-CompInfo release NetFetch 5.02 via !Store.

!FamTree now available on !Store

South-West Show took place. Read our report.

ADFFS 2.64 released with new games added.
 
New edition of Drag'N'Drop released

Some things we noticed in the RISC OS world this month. What did you see?

RDSP (the free Sound module from AMCOG games) updated to version 0.40. Some new effects and Stereo sound placement have been added.

Font Directory Pro updated to version 3.22 to improve compatibility on RISCOS 6 and Select.

R-CompInfo released OS Update 10 for ARMX6 along with a beta version including the SMP Multi core support to experiment with.

BBC Radio 4 talked to Eben Upton about the Pi (available on iPlayer for the near future).

Lots of interesting updates on the Raspberry Pie competition at riscos.fr

Elesar updates their Linux release for Titanium to keep current with Debian updates.

News appearing for next months South-West Show.

Jim Lesurf has republished a large collection of his sound articles on his website
 
Wispy wifi interface reviewed on RISC OS blog.

Updated StrongHelp C Library manual is now available on riscos.info

Some things we noticed in the RISC OS world this month. What did you see?

More update to RDSP announced on ROOL forums

Elesar releases an update for Titanium users wanting to use two screens.

Autumn 2017 issue of Drag'n'Drop is now available on the website.

Show dates for 2018 all now released with SW show on 24th February, Wakefield Show on 21st April and London Show on 27th October.

80% of the RISC OS user guide is now updated and ROOL are asking for volunteers to complete the task.
 
Sophie Wilson was a guest on the Selywn team in the Christmas University challenge contest.
 
Some interesting updates on the RISC OS Linux port over on ROOL.

RISCOSbits makes your Pi-Top into a proper RISC OS machine with a themed cover.

DDE28 get a quick update to fix a bug.

AMCOG updates their new Protector game

!Artworks 2.X3 is now available. ArtWorks newsletter #77 sent out (76 was published over 5 years ago).

Purchasers of the Titanium from Elesar can get additional free software in the form of a developer bundle or RISC OS development tools.

ROOL confirmed on Iconbar forums that Access+ is now in their build.

Steve Potts updates !VNCSvr on his website

R-CompInfo brings Doom to modern RISC OS machines via !Store

A third release of !DualHead from R-Comp lets Titanium do 2560x1440 screen display on a single screen.

SatNav (the RISC OS GPS solution from Chris Hall) reaches version 1.90

Release 28 of the DDE from ROOL

A new version of RiscOSM from Sine Nomine Software

A new software compilation from Soft Rock Software

Looks like there might be a show coming up....

RISC OS London Show 2017

This year's London Show is due to take place on Saturday the 28th of October, at the usual location of the St. Giles Hotel in Feltham. The show runs from 11 AM to 5 PM, with tickets being 5 at the door (and under-16's free). Exhibitors this year are set to include:The theatre schedule is yet to be finalised, and with the number of new and interesting exhibitors it's anyone's guess who's going to be filling the slots. What are your predictions?

R-CompInfo release an update for their !DualHead software.

Elesar offered a free AMCOG Games bundle with the Titanium.

Adrian Lees announced on Iconbar that Aemulor would no longer be sold as a commercial product but would continue in development.
